Make a referral online
In this section you can send us details of patients you would like us to see. You can refer patients for implants or for scans using our state-of-the-art Kodak scanner.
You only have to give us your details once and the form will be pre-populated to save you time. We like to make things as easy as possible for you!
The referral will go directly to our Practice Manager who will contact your patient to arrange a convenient appointment. We will keep you up to date with their progress throughout their treatment.
