I admit the day was not the best in my life but as they say "No pain, no gain!" Every minute spent in the operating room with Ian and subsequently with you has been well worth any minor discomfort felt on the day and this care has also now been extended into my follow up treatment.  I was so impressed with the concern and attention I received from everyone and how I was made to feel like a very special patient in a top establishment!!

I am now the very proud owner of a wonderful permanent smile and although my family and friends can see no marked change in looks, the difference it has made to me personally has truly been life changing.  My confidence has increased immeasurably and I feel like a different person. There were many visits to discuss the options and questions about the procedure to be answered.

I was also put in touch with a previous person who had had a similar experience. This was a very valuable source of information about post-operative discomfort and care. Now I know exactly what to expect.

I never believed that I would actually look forward to going to the dentist!!  You are an amazing group of people, always so friendly and welcoming.

You took so much trouble in explaining the technicalities of the work needed to make and fit the implant, the materials to be used, and even the impressive range of technology which was to be used; one couldn't help but feel confidence in the whole process. I can honestly say that at no time during the various stages of my treatment did I feel any discomfort or pain; what an achievement! Should I have had any concerns you made it clear I could telephone the surgery at any time.

I am so pleased with the result; the replacement teeth are so realistic and being able to throwaway the denture was such a liberating experience.

Whilst writing could I also thank your support staff for their friendliness and interest; would that such level of service they demonstrated was available everywhere!
