What to expect
You will receive a warm welcome at the Implant Team reception where you can make yourself comfortable with a good magazine and we will offer you refreshments from our hot and cold range. We aim not to keep you waiting more than a moment but if there is a delay we have free wi-fi access available on request.
At your first visit you can take a tour of the facility and have the opportunity to meet our Clinical Director Dr Michael Heilbron for a free of charge, and no obligation, initial consultation.
Mike will listen to your concerns and what you want to achieve from seeing us. He will briefly assess the health of your mouth and the extent of the treatment needed. You will be able to find out what options are open to you and whether implants are the right option or not. Mike will follow this up with a personal letter containing initial recommendations.
We will then give you the opportunity to think about the treatment and decide whether you want to go further.
When you are ready to continue we will arrange a convenient date for you to come back for a more in-depth diagnostic appointment. Mike will follow up this appointment with a bespoke treatment plan. We may provide you with more than one option and once we are all agreed on the best approach, we can begin the plan that suits you best.
We are able to spread the cost of treatment through interest free finance options or for longer plans we have low cost credit available.
